Key members are cross trained in every aspect of the construction process to include conceptual cost analysis, construction and budget estimating, pre-construction planning, quality control, safety management, project scheduling and project execution.

From concept to commissioning, Vista Construction is capable of providing turnkey services. We have agreements with qualified planners, designers and architectural/engineering firms and can use their services as needed at any time.

Vista Construction has quality in-house tradesmen in the areas of carpentry, acoustical walls and ceilings, flooring, painting and high performance coatings, roofing and more. Our team is ready and available for any of those urgent projects needing professional attention.

Vista Construction’s design build services allow for more flexibility in planning and in the budget, providing more value to our clients. Our professional engineers will review and implement design to budget processes with the highest of expertise, and our relationships with national A/E firms allow us to execute plans across the region.

The Vista Construction’s team of architects, engineers and contractors have been carefully assembled to manage multi-million dollar projects in support of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Air Force as well as numerous other federal, state and local clients. Our management personnel are capable of managing any complex construction project including demolition, infrastructure improvement, site development, base building, mechanical/electrical upgrades, historic restoration, life safety upgrades and more. We are equipped with the latest project management tools and are constantly looking for methods to improve our efficiency and increase our level of quality for the benefit of our clients.

With vast experience in both military and federal construction, multidisciplinary capabilities, extensive subcontractor and management controls, and precise safety management, Vista Construction is highly qualified for most any construction project. Completed construction and renovations include office buildings, historical renovations, restaurants, marinas, SCIF construction, schools, hospitals and more. We employ an experienced team of skilled laborers and specialty tradesmen such as estimators, project managers and site safety officers. Our personnel have commercial drivers licenses, confidential and secret clearances, and are routinely drug tested to ensure the quality of our team.

Our certified roofing experts are equipped to install most major roofing systems. Vista Construction provides roofing services for new roofs or replacement roofs.

Our team is fully prepared to provide preventative and routine facility maintenance to aged or new facilities.

Following LEED standards, Vista Construction excels in innovative building design and renovations with experience installing energy efficient transformers and light fixtures, high efficiency HVAC and gas heating systems, PVC and metal piping with recycled plastic, high performance glazing and insulation systems, and use of low emitting adhesives, sealants and coatings. Our focus is on improving energy savings and indoor environmental quality.

It is the goal of Vista Construction to maintain a safe and healthy work place protecting our personnel and the public against any potential hazards caused by our operations. Vista maintains a continuous safety training program for all employees. Prevention is an integral part of our operation as we believe that being prepared is the best way to maintain a safe work place and abate hazards before they arise. A safety hazard analysis is conducted prior to a preparatory meeting for each phase of work to develop the AHA. Subcontractors and suppliers are required to adhere to our Accident Prevention Plan while working on any job site. All subcontractors’ personnel are required to attend weekly safety meetings. Subcontractor supervisory personnel must attend all preparatory meetings related to their scope of work to review safety procedures. Further, each subcontractor and supplier assure that their personnel abide by the requirements of the EM 385-1-1 Safety and Health Manual, OSHA regulations and the Accident Prevention Plan.
